At SSI, "the customer is always right" is as true today as it ever was. We do not consider the voices of customers to only be the family member or visitor. The customers are our residents and our employees as well. To serve in an environment that is person-centered, something that is truly resident-friendly, SSI takes into consideration all customers, both internal and external. Therefore, as part of our Mission, Vision, and Values, we have created a process that takes the needs of the residents and their loved ones, housekeepers, nurses, physicians, rehab technicians, CNA's, and all employees. into consideration by providing a means to voice concerns, compliments, frustrations, or commendations.
